Charlie Moses is a Coalition Coordinator for the Washington Breathes workgroups, Supporting Healthy Youth and Improving Cessation Treatment. Additionally, they work as the Regional Advocacy Manager for Parents Against Vaping e-cigarettes as well as the Manager of the Vapes Are Trash socio-environmental campaign. With over ten years of experience in leadership and community-based efforts, Charlie works to combat the tobacco industry’s predatory practices at the micro, meso, and macro levels – carrying out education, advocacy, policy work, outreach, and systems and environmental change. Charlie holds a master’s in Comparative Politics with an emphasis on social movements. Their independent research focuses on community interventions for sexual and gender minority youth substance use.
